Countdown has started for the world textile sector’s big gathering in Istanbul.
HIGHTEX 2013 International Technical Textiles and Nonwovens Fair and Istanbul Fibre Fair which will be held simultaneously with ITM TexpoEurasia 2013 where the most important brands and companies of the world participate and newest technologies in textile machinery will be exhibited, there are all preparations are completed. ITM TexpoEurasia 2013 International Textile Machinery Fair which is done by support of TEMSAD with cooperation of Teknik Fuarcilik and Tuyap on 29 May – 1 June 2013; will gather world’s most important technology brands in Istanbul. HIGHTEXT 2012 International Technical Textiles and Nonwovens Fair and Istanbul Fibre Fair which will be held at the same time with this fair will gather leading local and foreign product developer companies together. These 3 fairs are held on 21-24 April 2012 simultaneously and Istanbul hosted world textile industrialists. An important development this year: all woven machine manufacturers will exhibit their latest model machines in ITM TexpoEurasia 2013 in running situation.
Latest products and technologies
In the 8th and 9th Halls where weaving technologies will take place, machine manufacturer companies like Van de Wiele, Picanol, Tsudakoma, Dornier, Panter will exhibit their latest models. In additional, world known weaving technology manufacturer companies like Staubli, Bonas, CCI Tech, Iro, Roj, Groz, Willy will take place with their latest technologies. In the 2nd Hall where fibre technologies will be exhibited in ITM TexpoEuroasia 2012 Fair: especially companies Murata- Muratec, Electrojet, SML, LMW, Milhan Makine, Murata, OerlikonBarmag, OerlikonNeumag, OerlikonSaurerAllma, OerlikonSaurerVolkmann, Schlafhorst, Superba, Power-Heat- Seat, Starlinger, Graf, Fadis, Savio, LohiaStarlinger, Ağteks, Uster, Milhan, Huzur; Turkey’s and World’s most important companies and representations will take place in subjects of Cotton and Fiber Preparation Machines, Yarn Preparing Machines and Accessories, Yarn Twisting Machine. These important names of the sector will introduce their new machines and technologies. In the 12th Hall where knitting and hosiery machinery will take place, many world leader companies as Terrot, Pilotelli, Orizio, Monarch, Mayer, PaiLung, KeumYong, Vignoni, Santoni, Lonati, Stoll, ShimaSeiki, Steiger, Karl Mayer, PaiLung will exhibit their machines. In the 3rd and 7th Halls where have Dyeing-Printing-Finishing technologies and side-industry sections: Technology manufacturers as Has Group/ TTM Makine, Ferraro, Bruckner, A.Kusters, SantexGroup, Heliot, MCS, L.Bellini, Biancalani, M.Antonio, Tonello, MHM, FongsGroup, Fimat, Cibitex, Elteksmak, Arioli, Galvanin, Lawer, Canlar Group will take place. In the 7th Hall, giant names of also the print machines Durst, MS, Mimaki, Zimmer, Reggiani,Teknotan, Prodigital, BTC will introduce their products in their booths. In addition in Dyeing-Printing-Finishing Halls, world brands of laboratory devices manufacturer companies and textile chemicals manufacturer companies are participating.

Nonwoven and technical textile manufacturer companies as OskarDilo, Andritz, Balkan, LawsonHemphill, Strema, Jartek, Robotech, Mali , Korteks, Cicek Nonwoven, Eurofiber, Tepaş, KTT, Nurteks, Apex, Vizoteks, Ertona, Hiltex are participating in the HIGHTEX 5th International Technical Textiles and Nonwoven Fair. Biggest textiles meeting of Middle East and Eastern Europe, in HIGHTEX 2013 International Technical Textiles and Nonwoven Fair which is the first and only on its own in Turkey; raw materials of technical textiles, and intermediate and final products and production technologies will be combined.
All about Yard is in International Istanbul Yarns Fair
Turkish Yarns Sector that takes place at first in Europe and first three in the world, is entering in new markets with 10th InternationalIstanbul Yarns Fair. International Istanbul Yarns Fair that is the 2nd largest of the world in finished yarn area, is held in 2013 with record participation. Fair gets company and company representation over 150 from 12 companies with locomotive companies of the yarns sector together. It is possible to see technical yarns manufactured with high technology and products which will lead 2014-2015 fashion as well as tracks of the ecological trend that led last 10 years in garment and fashion industry in International Istanbul Yarns Fair. From the yarns that made of bamboo and soy fiber yarn to organic yarn; from regenerated yarns obtained by recycling, to yarns manufactured by processes free from hazardous chemicals, a large range of green products is offered to the visitors’ taste in 5th and 6th halls. It is expected that fair will lead the investment and exportation aims of the sector also this year.
Innovative Functional Textiles will be introduced too
Ozgen says “Cooperation networks with world industry must be increased to meet innovative and functional textiles in the world market of the research centers and needs in this direction, by 2BFUNTEX project where 26 countries from European Union participate and ITKIB ITA, ITU, Ege University and Oztek Textile are in from Turkey”. General Manager of ITKIB ITA Sunday Ozgen says those while he’s informing about the event: “By cooperation of ITKIB ITA and ITU, in ITU Taskisla on 30-31 May 2013 an International Convention and as an extension of this convention, on the upper floor of the entrance of the area where HIGHTEX International Technical Textiles and Nonwoven Fair which will be held on 1 June 2013, Technoshow and Project Market will be organized. By the Technoshow where experts from various universities and from abroad will make presentations and new functional and smart textile products will be introduces, it is expected hundreds of sector authorities will watch the Project Market where related 100 projects will be presented.
