Şahin Advertisement Made Its Textile Solutions Meet With The Visitors

Şahin Advertisement that has various solutions for the developing digital textile market shared its innovations with the visitors at the ITM Fair. Şahin Advertisement presented the solutions which it offers in the field of textile to the taste of the visitors at the ITM Fair.

It displayed at the Fair the Polyprint Textile Printing Machine distributed by it in Turkey and the XF-640 of Roland whose dealership it performs and the textile paint solutions produced with its own brand. After the Fair, we have made a talk with the executives of the Şahin Advertisement, Ömer Güngör and Tayfun Önder Öztürk.

How was the ITM Fair in which you participated for the first time? Did the Fair meet your expectations?

Ömer Güngör: We participated in the ITM Fair for the first time as Şahin Advertisement. Although the number of the participants is considerably high, we could not observe the same attention on the part of the visitors. The customers have expectations of continuous innovation. However, a very large change does not occur technologically. And that affects the number of the visitors. I think that the fairs which will be performed in 2015 and 2016 will be more productive with the technological changes which will possibly occur in a few years.

With which of your products did you participate in the fair?

Ömer Güngör: Now everything began to transform into digital printing. As Şahin Advertisement, we exhibited the XF-640 model of the Roland. This new model prints directly on the sublimation transfer printing paper. It has a printing speed of 104 square meters per hour. It is a machine with its 1040 dpi printing quality which pleases the users very much. That its paint consumption is low and that its production continuity is very good are among its most important advantages. It was installed in a firm in Bursa and it serves 7/24 uninterruptedly. The investing company expresses that it is very satisfied. With that machine, the textile companies working on the home textile, upholstery and polyester obtain very good results in very different areas like decoration. With the upgrade operation which can be applied to the machine, we can make it be able to print directly on the fabric. In addition to that, we introduced the Polyprint Texjet Plus Printing Machine distributed by us in Turkey. It can print on all cotton textile products as well as T-shirts. We use the highest quality brand of dye in the world. It enables printing in the photograph quality on all sorts of cotton products having a width of 60×40. Prints are guaranteed during the lifetime of the fabric. Old printing techniques leave their places to digital printing. And that development broadens the market of the machine offered by us. Furthermore, we presented the dyes which we made produced with our own brand to the taste of the visitors. At that point, the visitors found the opportunity to try the dyes. They were liked considerably in general. A real professional visitor population followed the fair though they are few in number.

What are the features making your company and the solutions that you offer advantageous?

Ömer Güngör: As it is known, Roland is a world brand. It is one of the best machines in its class in terms of the speed of production. Its paint consumption is very low compared to the other equivalents of it. You can get more correct colors with less dye. I mean that it is a machine having a considerably upper level technology appropriate for 7/24 use. As Şahin Advertisement, we are in fact a company that is very strong and ambitious in the field of technical services. Our customers can reach us at every time of the day. We attach great importance on customer satisfaction.

We observe that digital printing market grows in the field of textile. Do you agree with this opinion?

Tayfun Önder Öztürk: We came to the fair with a great excitement. The place of the digitals in the textile market increases each passing day. In addition to that, there was a considerable attention in the digital area in the home textile fair that was organized in the previous months. Callbacks have started with respect to that fair. At the textile fair, a qualified visitor population came to the fair. We experienced a great attention from foreign customers as well as the domestic customers. Visitors from Iran, Syria, Egypt, Morocco, Tunis, Turk Republics and China as well as from Europe came to our stand. It became a considerably productive fair for the ambitious machine XF-640 model of Roland for this market and for the dyes which we made produced. Laser models which we made produced for the field of textile also takes place in our product portfolio. We made a significant R&D study in the area of laser. Though it is produced by another firm, all its characteristics are determined by our company. In addition to this, there was an interest in our UV machines by the leather industry. We also exhibited the printing machines of the Polyprint brand distributed by us. On the last day of the fair, a significant visitor population came to our stand and showed their interest in our products. Visitors who really want to make investments came to the fair. At this point, we encountered a considerably aware visitor population. That population facilitates our job considerably.

What must be considered for the correct machine investment? What are your advices and proposals?

Tayfun Önder Öztürk: Before making a machine investment, see, examine, compare and test all machines in the field where you would like to purchase and make your investment accordingly. Do not purchase a machine x while someone bought the same. The targets and the projects of each company are different. Each machine is not a correct investment for each company. Nobody says that the machine he bought is bad. For this reason, make your investment decision after you make all researches in the market and buy the machine needed by your company. Machine investment is a significant cost.

Do you have a message which you would like to give to the sector?

Tayfun Önder Öztürk: We began to give seminaries about color management in order to make the sector aware. Those seminaries of ours will continue. We will have seminaries to satisfy especially the requirements and the expectations of different sectors. These seminaries are an opportunity for everyone. You can follow all developments and innovations, and you can make your company more technologic. Thus, we invite the users to our seminaries.
