The UV printing expert Pigment Reklam has attracted great attention in the meeting point of printing market SIGN Istanbul 2015, by its new solutions offered. Alongside of swissQprint and HandTop’s UV print models, it displayed application versions related to Caldera RIP solution and T-Ink in the fair hold between 10-13 September 2015 in TÜYAP Fair Convention and Congress Center. Offering solutions on UV printing in advertisement, wooden, metal, leather, glass and textile segments, Pigment Reklam owner Serkan Çağlıyan evaluating their participation to SIGN Istanbul 2015, stated that they were delighted with visitors’attention in the fair. Pigment Reklam, drew senior digital printing visitors to its booth, by swissQprint’s second generation Nyala 2. Its booth turned to a haunt, specifically with 30x130cm dimension 3d printing application. Speaking about company’s fair participation, Çağlıyan said: “Starting a month before, our works has intensified for the last fortnight. As a result of these efforts we carried swissQprint’s Nyala 2 and HandTop’s 250x122cm flatbed machine and displayed them operatively. We informed our visitors one-to-one about Nyala 2’s capabilities, which accepted as flagship of swissQprint, and performed live printing applications in our booth. 3d-baskinin-yeni-gozdesi1

Nyala 2 amazed with printing innovations
Saying that swissQprint’s Nyala 2, which was developed for industrial segment, has brought great advantages for speed and productivity,
Serkan Çağlıyan explained that they proved its smooth, same quality and longhours standing ability to perform 206m2/perhour in standard printing and 70m2/per hour in opaque white printing. Highlighting Nyala 2’s efficiency and economic solutions when compared to rivals in its segment, Çağlıyan said: “When we look at industrial segment, the cost is maximum 1 Euro in 1m2 printing and in white-color products it stands at 2 Euro cost. As Nyala 2 has full-speed production capability, its 1 m2 printing cost changes between 50-80 cents. Capacity and speed increase brings productivity along. 9 pikolitre special technology is used here and this feature can be observed continuously during printing. We offer minimum printing resolution of 1080p which means HD quality. It reaches an important quality factor along with more brilliant, saturated and live colors for end-users.” Stating that with their innovative lens technology 3d droptix, their 130x130cm dimension applications also caught attention, Çağlıyan said: “The freshest innovation in droptix was, being realized of full table and wide format printing. In this context, we displayed diverse-sized droptix prints to our visitors and got fruitful results.” Highlighting that termoform is a very significant application for plexiglass sector, Çağlıyan added: “Our T-Ink inks has ability to resist up to 300 degree heat and enables to easily forming on pvc. Thus products that can be produced by screen printing before from now on can also be produced digitally with T-Ink inks.” Informing the visitors on Hand-Top model Çağlıyan said that printing can be performed to every materials like plexi, glass, leather, paper and fotoblok via flatbad printing machine in 255x122cm dimension and up to 34m2 speed per hour and 7 pikolitre.”3d-baskinin-yeni-gozdesi2

We wait restoration in market in 2016
Commenting on printing market, Çağlıyan also said that they were expecting 2016 as a year of more stable and high-growth potential. Indicating to stable recession tendency in investments and in the market during 2014 and 2015, Çağlıyan said 2016 will be a market-restorative year when pending investment will be realized. Emphasizing their optimism about 2016, Çağlıyan also added, “Next year there is to be Drupa 2016 fair which is being waited excitedly. Sector will be liven up with new technologies. As individuals or companies even if we wait, the market and technology make headway. We finally damage ourselves, by delaying investments in a constant-developing market. If we look at this from Turkey’s point of view, following 1 November 2015 election in where political and economic stability can be assured, 2016 will be a hopeful year where hopes can come true.”
