TD-LAB can eliminate problems such as incorrect amount of solution, pipetting the wrong dyestuff and wrong amount, contamination from dirty pipettes, wrong water temperature or variation during solution preparation can affect stability of certain dyes, adding the incorrect amounts of water, resulting in inconsistent liquid ratios, inaccurate adding of auxiliaries in the dye bath, Disorganization and mismanagement of recipes and their subsequent correction, long and laborious work of lab staff as well as large amount of manual paperwork, encouraging errors All that problems faced in laboratory will be extended and enlarged when the production starts with wrong recipes calculated on that wrong basis. The DOS-CHEM is the suitable, simple and reliable system that automatically dispenses the liquid products in a very fast way with high accuracy. The main advantages are fast dosing, time saving, high accuracy, cleaner and safer working condition, significant reduction of wastewater pollution and wasted chemicals, as well as money saving about 5% to 15% of total expenditure of chemical. Just looking at this last point, recipes are generally fail-safe designed which result in the over-use of chemical, the majority of chemical applied to the fabrics are washed off and sent to drain. Optimising the quantity of chemical required will lead to more efficient chemical use and lower cost.
