With the development of technology, manufacturers’ sense of quality began to change.
In today’s world where companies can survive by investing in technology and quality, Roza Plastik draws attention with its investments in accordance with this understanding while operating in the sector. Producing Yarn Dyeing Coil with Italian technology, Roza Plastik now started to produce Roving Reels and Ring Spinning Tubes. Stating that they supply necessary products from abroad because of the quality problems encountered by spinning mills, Ali Zabunoglu, General Director of Roza Plastik, indicated that they would prevent the dependence on foreigners with the help of this new technological investment they made. Remarking that they made significant investments in the fields of quality and product range, Zabunoglu said that with their wide range of products and policy of economical prices, they were on their way to become a desired brand not only in Turkey but also in the world. Ali Zabunoglu, giving information about new investments, also added; “Although we are a young company, we have become a desired and demanded company with our products in the sector. Our course, consisting of 8 machines will bhave up to 10 machines by the end of the year 2013. Our target is to increase the number of our machines to 15 by the first half of the year 2014. The demands resulting from the fact that we produce quality productions which are needed by the sector made it necessary for us to make a new investment. We have completed the necessary procedures for investments.”
TROUBLE-FREE PRODUCT FOR YARN MANUFACTURERS
Emphasizing that they produce Ring Tubes and Roving Reels with a rarely used raw material, Ali Zabunoglu said; “Being strong and long-lasting, these products have nearly the same life span as spinning machines. The companies making new investments in spinning machines prefer high-strength Ring Tubes and Roving Reels. We combined the specific raw material with Italian Mould Technology and thanks to full automation, we are able to produce high-strength Ring Tubes and Roving Reels.”
HIGH TECHNOLOGY PRODUCTS
Mehmet Sunguroglu, Marketing Director of Roza Plastik, stated that the products manufactured by means of Italian technology made Roza Plastik a brand and he added that all of the industrialists would be introduced to Roza Plastik’s plenty of fast, high quality products offering price advantage in a short time. Asserting that they began to produce high strength products by means of Italian Mould Technology, Mr. Sunguroglu made these statements about their work; “ We now produce Ring Tubes and Roving Reels, Cones of 4-20 and 5-57, Plastic Cylindrical Coils specifically intended for “POY” ,“BCF” and “OPEN END”, Roving Hangers, Centrifugal Spin Apparatus in addition to Paint Coils. The companies used to supply these products, especially ring tubes from abroad because of the quality issues. There was no production of high quality Ring Tubes and Roving Reels. In order to resolve this, we started the production of strong and quality products working with the tolerance of minimum balance even in high speed by using special raw material with machines designed by Italian technology.”
