Saver Makine has been manufacturing chemical dosing tanks and mixing machines aside from textile dyeing and some pre-processing and final process finishing machines destined for the textile industry for long years, and its water and energy efficient machines have generated a significant amount of saving and it has gained recognition as an environmentalist company. General Coordinator of Saver Makine, Ahmet Alkan gave us information regarding to the machines they have manufactured: “Concerning the Fabric Dyeing machine HT ECO –SALVO/S that we are presently manufacturing, this machine enables the dyeing of 1 kg of 100% cotton fabric with 20 kg of water. In comparison to conventional machines our 50% energy efficient machines are capable of working with 1:1,5 flotte on fabric incorporated with hydrophilous features. Our machines that are endowed with different dyeing capabilities have been fully designed, developed and manufactured by SAVER MAKİNE, and registered by the Turkish Patent Institute, also TÜBİTAK (Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey) provided its support due to the fact that these machines would provide major advantages to the firms in this industry” he said.
Alkan emphasized the fact that the biggest issues of the businesses active in this industry are that of energy and water consumption, “As known, the major problems facing the firms in this sector are energy and water consumption. In the present day there exist machines that were manufactured with outdated technology both in the country and abroad. As I mentioned above, the businesses prefer to work with machines that are manufactured with new R&D end result engineering technologies that minimize costs as opposed to outdated technology products. Moreover, machine manufacturing is not a difficult task, considering that there are hundreds of companies that manufacture dyeing machines in numerous countries in the world.
