Effe Endustri completed 6 years in textile machinery industry and continue to develop and produce value added high level equipments and less energy-consuming products to a new site of 2015.
In order to provide better goods and services EFFE is preparing itself to make a quick entry for 2015. One of the newness in 2015 is new Global Sales and Marketing company founded as EFFE Makine Endüstri Ticaret A.S.
Investments in global markets will accelerate for EFFE brand
A new trading company already established in order to manage all domestic and international sales and after-sales services of EFFE Endüstri Otomasyon A.S. Mr. Ihsan Mokanoglu who had been taken different positions at Has Group Makina Endustri. A.S. for nearly 12 years and finally worked as Sales Director of Has Group since 2008 and Mr. Celal Iri, who is President of EFFE Endüstri Otomasyon A.S. established new trading company as EFFE Makine Endustri Ticaret A.S with their partnership.
The new trading company will handle all trading activities of EFFE’s goods and services and at the same time EFFE Makine Endustri going to be worked as agent or distributor of some foreign companies who manufacture textile machineries and spare parts. EFFE already established 18 agency offices which are mainly located in main textile Countries like Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Indonesia, China, Iran, Uzbekistan, Egypt, Poland, Italy, Tunusia, Algeria, Brazil, Mexico, Peru and others. Local agents going to be provided after- sales service suport as well as spare parts to the final customer and machine manufacturers enable to keep their machine in operation.
Expanding of production facility
One of the greatest changes is planned for 2015 is expanding of production facility of EFFE Endustri Otomasyon A.S. Expanding works were started couple of weeks ago and aiming to increase the number of equipments and machineries which are producing per year and surely aiming to match the customer requirements on time. Changes are made at mechanical and electrical assembling division, ware house and machining division as well. Thanks to the internal machining opportunities and finishing quality top quality product manufacturing can be performed. Production Coordinator Necati Ozisik is said that; this changes will increase to production capacity of EFFE products in positively and will increase to quality of goods and services.
EFFE will participate in Texpo Eurasia 2015 exhibition
EFFE will take part at Texpo Eurasia 2015 Exhibition which is going to be held at TUYAP Congress and Fair Center between the dates of 5-8 February 2015. We would like to welcome to all of our customers and really wish to see them in order to share all innovative solutions, new equipments and machineris which is designed and manufactured by EFFE.
EF-ULTR/M
Ultrasonic Edge Trimming Machine
EF-CTR/ULTR Model Ultrasonic Edge Trimming Unit which has been produced by EFFE for nearly 2 years and has been applied to many stenter frames successfuly and this unit is designed and manufactured as independent complete machine and already started to promote local and internations markets as of 2015. EF-ULTR/M Model Ultrasonic Edge Trimming Machine which is new design of EFFE, trims and strengthen to tasseled edge of polyester fabrics which are prepared for digital printing process and provide to non-stop working conditions for end users. This machine and our other value added acessories and units for digital printing process have taken interest on at FESPA EURASIA 2015 exhibitons and already collected many inquaries from local and foreing customer. One of the main target of EFFE is going to be completed new product as Fabric Preparation Machine for Digital Printing Machines which is kind of Preparation Tenter Frame Equipped with Coating Instruments. At the same time all preparations nearly completed for drying chambers of digital printing machine, which is important inquary for digital printing machine manufacturers and end users. The first Ultrasonic Edge Trimming Machine exported to Farooq Textile, Karachi-Pakistan. Due to the sustainable quality principle of EFFE, many fabric test trials completed with success during first trials of machine.
ATT Concorde choose EFFE products and services
One of the integrated and very well established textile mill ATT Concorde, located in Cerkezkoy, Tekirdag gave priority to EFFE products and engineering services in order to complete modernization about their existing textile machineries. Equipments and machineris which are installaiton was carried out like Stenter machine pinning and fabric edge trimming units, Rotation Printing Machine inlet groups, Fabric Pre-Heating Cylinder Dryer Unit, Ultrasonic Edge Trimming Unit for exit of Compacting Machine, Fabric Dock Winder units for Digital Printing Machines etc.

Nejat Hocaoğlu
R&D and Planning Engineer Nejat Hocaoglu was born in 1987 at Istanbul. After he had finished to education of high school at Hasan Polatkan Anadolu High School, he qualified to take an education at Uludag University Mechanical Engineering Department. He educated about many personel development and management sciences during his university period. After he comleted his education at 2011, he has been joined Effe Endustri Otomasyon A.S. as R&D and Planning Engineer. Nejat Hocaoglu has got certificate of C Class Occupational Health and Safety Specialist and can speak fluent English.
