Sabri İlknur, Asteks Marketing a nd Sales Manager, determining 2014 as the year in which new products and moves realize in terms of our company, said that ‘’since the beginning of the year we started to the promotion of our CTA(Carbon Supported Apron) produced especially for hard working conditions. Fibres and systems, like lycra, shantung, short fibre acrylic, synthetic, having abrasive effect, is a product that lengthens the lifetime of the apron usage. Positive results have been obtained in the pattern works made in different places of business. Sleeve Rectifying Machine, Hydraulic Cer Sleeve Driver Press, Pneumatic Sleeve Driver Press are among the products about which we are assertive. We sell our products in nearly 23 countries. In order to get wider our foreign markets we have decided to participate in the fair in ITMA, China, Uzbekistan, Iran and the other potential countries in 2014 and we are putting our decide into operation.’’
TEXTILE PRODUCTION BASE OF THE REGION
Sabri İlknur, emphasizing the fact that Gaziantep is a very special place for Asteks, told that ‘’Gaziantep is an important textile centre due to its closeness to neighbour cities and Middle East. We founded a representative office after we met dear Necati Kulaklı, the owner of Mipteks Distributorship Company. For this reason, we are always in this region and developed with the region. Asteks Region Representative Office in Kahramanmaraş has been providing safe technical service for long years. It meets the needs for Sleeve, cer Sleeve rectify, driver. Besides, it provides the opportunity to immediately get the needs like open apron, cer Sleeve, open-end Sleeve thanks to its storage in Region Representatives.‘’
COOPERATION WITH THE OTHER COMPANIES IN THE REGION
İlknur, stating they serve for all the companies except for several companies due to our wide product portfolio, expressed that ‘’ we predict that OTM 2014 Fair is going to be visited by all the executives of the yarn companies situated in the region. Promotion of the new and the other present products contribute to develop the interrelationship. There are yarn sites specialized in their jobs and in the dynamic to developments and innovation in Gaziantep and close regions. This region constitutes an important market potential for Asteks. In addition, we also have close relationship with companies for long years and this gives a chance to develop the new products together that meets the new requirements of the developing market. Operational tests of CTA (Carbon Supported Apron), we aim at promoting in OTM 2014 Fair have been made in Arateks, Bulut, Tekstil, Minateks, Merinos Carpet, Melike Textile and the other companies for nearly 3 years. Passage Outlet Sleeve is among the products we intend to promote in the fair. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND AFTER-SALE SERVICE
İlknur, emphasizing that the subjects they pay attention most are customer satisfaction and after-sale technical support service, also told that ‘’ technical support service is provided by means of Region Representative in Kahramanmaraş with our periodical company technical visits. We are proceeding to work in this sector for more than 40 years. We have 7 engineers, 15 technicians and 130 workers in total, specialized in terms of human resources. We should pay attention the standard and perpetuity of raw materials. Extrusion Technology, taken from Switzerland, is used in the production of our products and ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance system is applied.’’ Sabri İlknur, thinking that the OTM Fair realized in Gaziantep will be productive, lastly added that there are expecting the visitors’ attention as a participant and wish to have a nice fair for participant companies and the companies in the region.
