WIDE-FORMATED DIGITAL PRINTAND PRINT-CUT MACHINES
Roland will offer SOLJET EJ-640 which is the new 64’’ eco-solvent print machine that the world’s launching was made at the end of October, to the visitors for the first time. There will also be a special place in Roland stand which will be kept for the new SOLJET EJ-640 which offers extraordinary productivity and low operation cost. EJ-640 which has double stage print head, integrated three heated system, a secure industrial design and ink cartridges with 1 liter high capasity in the 4 or 7 color configurations, has been designed for optimum performance, productivity and low operation cost. It also has a new Roland VersaWorks Dual RIP software to make a process for both PDF and PostScript files. The visitors will also have an opportunity to see the extraordinary printing qaulity of VersaEXPRESS RF-640 beside EJ-640 at the fair. The device with wide format and 4 colors (CMYK) has the last print head technology and offers to test the process of production management, print and cleaning through İpad by using the Roland Printer Assist iPad application to the users. Roland DG will also exhibit the well- known print – cut product family in FESPA Eurasia 2015: VersaCAMM SP-540i in enrty level, VersaCAMM VS-640i serial which is mostly sold in the world, advanced 64 inch PRO4 XR-640. Due to its different features and productivity options, the business managers can choose the best proper solution for their companies.
DYE SUBLIMATION PRINTERS FOR TEXTILE MARKET
An other Roland star of FESPA Eurasia 2015 will new 64 inch dye sublimation print machine Texart XT- 640 which will be offered fot the visitors for the first time in Turkey. XT-640 which is offered to all world’s market at the beginning of November is designed for colorful fashion and sporstwear accesories. The device which has the double print head to provide the high-speed performance by using ErgoSoft Roland Edition RIP software has been developed in accordance with the needs of professional textile market. In addition to this, XT-640 uses Roland Texart inkjet which has the 1st class product certificate in accordance with OEKO-TEX*® Standard 100 and has two configurations: 4 colors CMYK or 8 color CMYKcLm + orange + Purple. The Texart serial is completing witt entry level dye sublimation print machine RT-640 and heat transfer cylinder CS-64. Roland DG will also exhibit an other technology for direct printing on textile in FESPA Eurasia 2015.
UV PRINT AND GRAVURE TECHNOLOGIES
Roland DG will also exhibit the UV print machine VersaUV LEF-20 which has the many different functions at the fair. LEF-20 is a good choice to make the present and devices indivual with colorful graphics and attractive effects. It has a unique quality and can make 4 colors, white and bright prints to very different materials. In addition to this, it is also possible to make adjustment of height for very thin and textured details in the bright prints. RotaPrint RPA addition which has been developed special for LEF-20 and provides the print capacity for the very different spherical products in an easy and unproblematic way to the last user, will also be exhibited at the fair. Roland will also offer VersaUV LEJ-640F flatbed print machine which provides matt and embossed effects for polyurethane, styrofoam, polyprophylene, cardboards, aluminium, panel, fluted and corrugated cardboards and adhesive vinyl, polycarbonate, PET, polythene, PVS banner and similar many materials by giving an opportunity to make CMYK, white and transparent inkjet printing for flexible and solid surfaces with 15 cm. In addition to this, there will be a wide place to be able to talk with Roland team and distributors about all presentations that will be exhibited at the fair and possible solution applications.
