Producing the Steaming Machineries that are defined as the irrevocable parts of the printing systems in textile sector, Has Group purchased the patent of the steaming machine.
Has Group Marketing Manager and Deputy General Manager Bahadır Küpeli, gave information about the works they took action for the year 2016 and the activities that will take place within the year and emphasized the importance of increasing the market share. He said: “We constantly work in order to improve ourselves, our team and products and we develop strategies to enter the markets we have never entered before. As Has Group, we have export potential at a rate of 50%. We would like to present Has Group brand in many fairs.” Stating that Has Group is the first and only Turkish member company accepted to German Producers Association VDMA, Küpeli said that they will pursue their projects with more enthusiasm as they are the only Turkish company that is part of this federation, in which many leaders of the sector take part.
HAS GROUP ACQUIRED THE PATENT OF THE “STEAMING MACHINE”
Has Group ensures the printing colors to be more lively and shiny with the advanced technology of the steaming machine, whose patent it owns. On the other hand, it enables the continuity of the production as well as its repeatability. The machine in question is made out of stainless material that is heat and chemical resistant. The drainage of the water droplets caused by the steam that emerge during the production is also thought of. The control of the machine is fully conducted by the PLC systems. Each step from the moment of its operation including the stopping, work speed, fixed time, amount of steam, ambient temperature, fan speed can be easily seen and checked through the touch screen. In PLC system, there is an advantage of both Turkish and English language options. Has Group authorities, if required, state that there can be an alternative language option in this production. In Has Group’s Steaming Machine, which is also produced in accordance with the “Digital Printing” systems that have an importance in textile, there is a dock discharge unit for the fabrics coming from the digital printing machine with a diameter of maximum 500 mm as an option. In addition, by pressing the emergency stop buttons placed on the machine, the machine can be stopped when deemed necessary. Has Group authorities state that they give great importance to the technology used in the steaming machine, whose patent they acquired, and that all the details were considered and put into practice accordingly. As is known, great attention is paid for the fabrics we used for the clothes and decoration in our daily lives to have humidity at a regular and right rate. While in the past years the fabrics were applied finishing, they used to be kept for a couple of days to get back its natural humidity after the fabric drying processes and later the fabric was allowed to get back to its natural state while it was going under a steaming machine. These processes are now conducted via humidification and steaming machines. Thanks to that, the fabric is ensured to be more heavy, flexible and voluminous. Besides, if the fabrics are soaked in steam for a while, any shrinking during any processes is prevented.
